Refund Eligibility

ContentSmith provides subscription-based digital services and tools. Refund requests may be reviewed when a duplicate charge occurred, a billing error occurred, or access to a paid subscription was not provided due to an unresolved technical issue.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing after the request is processed. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous subscription periods unless the refund criteria apply.

Processing Timeline
